SDR is a privately owned housing and social care provider on the South Coast, based in East Sussex. Since our founding in 2018, we have grown into a trusted care and housing group spanning elderly care, adult specialist care and supported living. All three divisions are united by the same commitment to strong governance, accountability and genuinely person-centred care.

Today, SDR operates from more than 15 locations across Sussex and Hampshire and employs over 300 people. We work in close partnership with local authorities and NHS commissioners to deliver safe, high-quality services that people and their families can rely on, and we continue to grow with the stability and rigour that our partners, funders and the people in our care expect.

Supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions, through personalised care across established settings and new bespoke services that promote independence, wellbeing and a fulfilling quality of life.

Providing safe emergency housing and supported living for adults, with tailored support that promotes stability, independence and wellbeing, and helps build positive long-term outcomes.
