Head of Service Delivery (Adult Specialist Care)

At SDR, Donna oversees the development of bespoke services for individuals with complex care needs from the very beginning – assessing needs, identifying the right home and location, overseeing property adaptations, recruiting a skilled team and supporting both the individual and the team through transition and beyond.

Donna started her career as a care assistant working nights in an elderly care home. A move into supporting people with autism sparked a passion that has shaped everything since, taking her through roles as team leader, registered manager, behaviour lead and head of care. She holds an NVQ Level 4/RMA, a Higher University Certificate in Autism, a Level 4 PETALS qualification and is a qualified Proact-SCIPr instructor.
