Jane leads the HR team across SDR’s health and social care services, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and employee wellbeing. For HR enquiries, please contact hr@sdrgroup.co.uk.

Jane’s route into HR was anything but traditional. Years spent supporting her family while working across a variety of roles gave her strong people skills and a practical understanding of what people need to feel supported at work. When she joined SDR she found the part of HR she cared most about: building positive workplace cultures, supporting staff through challenges and helping people develop in their careers. She holds an Associate CIPD qualification. Earlier in her career she volunteered with the Sea Cadets and worked as a licensed chaperone supporting children in the arts.
