We are members of the Chartered Institute of Housing and the NRLA, and we exceed the Decent Homes Standard across all of our properties. We work closely with partners in the homelessness sector and were part of the working group that established the Temporary Accommodation Charter – a framework setting minimum standards of provision for the sector more broadly.
