At SDR, Mark works closely with senior leaders to improve quality, support teams and help the organisation grow in a way that stays true to its values. His focus is on making sure services run well and that the people delivering care have the clarity and confidence to do so.

Mark brings an operational leadership background spanning people management, problem-solving and technology — and it was the combination of all three that drew him to the care sector, where good operations translate directly into better outcomes for the people being supported.

In Mark’s spare time, he volunteers as a coach at Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club.
