Head of Finance

At SDR, Mark leads the finance function across the group, managing the finance team, overseeing operational efficiency across homes and streamlining processes so that site-level teams can focus on delivering good care.

Mark started his own business at 21, sold it to a plc at 25, and has spent the years since building a career in finance – training as a management accountant, reaching director level at a Brighton accountancy practice and working across senior finance roles in construction and housing.
