At SDR, Rob leads on property, new business, acquisitions, sustainability, investment and insurance – a broad remit that puts him at the centre of how the organisation grows, invests and plans for the future. Rob is a chartered surveyor and law graduate with a postgraduate qualification in commercial real estate and a strong background in property and project management, including public sector asset management. He joined SDR having worked across complex property portfolios and public sector assets.

What keeps him motivated is the connection between well-invested environments and the quality of life of the people who live in them.
